Hello Horses takes submissions for finished writing and art, but maybe you feel like your work isn't finished. Or you just aren't ready for your work to be public yet, or you never want your work public, or you just don't have anyone around to share your work with and you need a second opinion with low stakes. Well this is the place for you! If you would like to submit your work simply to receive feedback from a fellow writer, then submit any writing here! Any writing submitted on this page will be "graded" and returned back to you without anybody else ever seeing it. You won't receive a letter grade like in school, but it will be read, contemplated, annotated with comments and suggestions, and sent right back to you. I have been writing for a long time, but I am no professional, so the stakes are incredibly low and you really have nothing to lose! It's more like letting a classmate read your work, not a teacher. Hello Horses is not currently grading art or photography, but any and all writing is accepted.
This is currently a free service, but if you are submitting something lengthy, tips sent to the Hello Horses contribution page are greatly appreciated!
Submissions for grading are currently only open to written work, no art or photography, but any and all writing forms are accepted! Please only submit 1 item per form, unless you are submitting a collection of cohesive pieces. Collections should all be attached in the same file. You may submit as many forms as you'd like. Please allow ample time for grading as reviewing is taken seriously, for your benefit! All submissions must not exceed 10 pages. For essays, feel free to attach a bibliography on the same file.
